Enter your username and click the submit button. A new password will be sent to
the email address you have registered on this site. If that email address
is not valid, or your username is incorrect, you will be unable to receive a new
password.
If you have forgotten your username there is no way to automatically retrieve
your password. You will have to use the
Contact Form
on this site to receive assistance from the webmaster via email.
You will need to provide sufficient information for us to veryify your username
-- hopefully when you created your account, you gave us enough profile
information such as your phone, address, etc., that we will be able to confirm
your account and verify your identity.
If you did not provide any profile information beyond your username and email,
and you have lost both your email and username, we may not be able to assist you.
